Warranty Policy

✔️ All products sold on terea-heetsiqos.ae come with a 2-day warranty that strictly covers manufacturing or factory defects only.

✔️ A valid invoice issued by terea-heetsiqos.ae must be provided to initiate any warranty claim.

Returns & Exchange Policy

✔️ Customers may request a refund or exchange within 2 days from the date of purchase.
Requests submitted after this period will automatically become invalid.

✔️ Returned products must be unused and in original factory packaging, including all accessories and labels.

✔️ No item will be accepted for return or exchange unless the issue falls under one of the following categories:

  1. Manufacturing / Factory Defect

  2. Incorrect or damaged packaging from our side

Refund Procedure

Once your returned item is received, you will receive a confirmation email.
After inspection, we will notify you whether your refund request has been approved or declined.

✔️ Approved refunds may be processed via bank transfer or cash, depending on the situation.
✔️ If the refund is rejected, the same product will be shipped back to your registered delivery address.

Exchange Policy

✔️ Exchanges are applicable only for defective or damaged products.

Warranty Exclusions

The following items are not covered under warranty:

  • Tanks

  • General accessories, including but not limited to:

    • Coils

    • Batteries

    • Chargers

    • Replacement glass

⚠️ Warranty applies only to factory defects.
Any damage caused due to misuse, scratches, drops, improper charging, or incorrect handling will result in warranty cancellation.

Limitation of Liability

terea-heetsiqos.ae will not be held responsible for:

  • Any form of misuse or abuse

  • Damage caused by dropping the device

  • Scratches or cosmetic damage

  • Natural disasters or force majeure events

  • Products opened or handled by third parties

  • Repairs attempted by unauthorized service providers

  • Products with missing or incorrect serial numbers

  • Damage caused by third-party software not provided by us

  • Any injury or harm resulting from product usage under any circumstances

E-Liquids (E-Juices) Policy

❌ E-liquids are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable.

Taste preference is subjective, and refunds or exchanges cannot be offered based on personal liking or disliking of flavors.

Due to safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on e-liquids even if they are unopened, unused, or sealed —
unless an incorrect product was delivered by us.

Indemnification (Affirmation)

By using this website, the user agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold terea-heetsiqos.ae harmless from any claims, losses, damages, or legal expenses arising from the use of this site or its products.

Important Usage Disclaimer

Damage resulting from incorrect usage, poor maintenance, or lack of product knowledge is not covered under warranty.
The lifespan of vaping devices depends largely on how well the user understands and handles the product.
